Cypress Bridgeland hits the road to Fort Bend Ridge Point, with the winner moving to 3-0. It is a game that will be televised on the NFHS Network.

Bridgeland (2-0) posted a pair of double-digit victories to start its season, with the Bears defeating Dawson, 35-20, and then downing Katy Tompkins, 42-14. Both of those games were home contests.
Likewise, Ridge Point (2-0) has looked impressive through its first two ballgames. The Panthers prevailed, 62-23, in the opener against Clear Springs and then posted a 34-10 win last week at Fulshear.

- INTERCEPTION RIDGE POINT. Panthers get a huge takeaway on the very next play, as Jordan Mitchell picks off a pass, and Ridge Point has the ball at the Bridgeland 20.
- Bridgeland forces a punt, and the Bears get the ball back with 9:50 left.
- For the second time tonight, a Kash Schwab touchdown run for Bridgeland is called back for holding, and still on fourth down, a Bears' pass attempt falls incomplete. Ridge Point holds, and keeps its 14-point lead early in the final period.
- Bridgeland faces a fourth-and-short at the Ridge Point 7.
THIRD QUARTER
- Bridgeland has the ball inside the Ridge Point 20 as the third quarter comes to an end.
- Bridgeland gets the ball back and has the ball just past midfield late in the third.
- Bridgeland can't connect on a third-down pass and will have to punt.
- Ridge Point marched down near the Bridgeland 30 but turned it over on downs. Bears with the ball for the first time this half.
