Everything seemed good to go with Jordan Addison.
The Minnesota Vikings' No. 2 WR returned from his three-game suspension in Week 4, and he looked sharp.
Addison's return featured a big-play line of four catches for 114 yards.
But then in Week 5 in London, Addison pulled a disappearing act in the first half.
He didn't play in the first quarter due to what multiple reports deemed a "coach's decision."

Addison played most of the second quarter but didn't get a target.
"Jordan Addison played 44% of the snaps with 3 routes and no targets in the first half," wrote Michael F. Florio on X.
The question will surely be asked postgame: Why wasn't Addison out there?
It's unlikely there'll be much more detail given, though.

It's even weirder that when he got into the game at the start of the second quarter that Addison didn't even get thrown to before halftime.
The Browns' defense is its strong suit, so it was never going to be the easiest matchup.
Things got more complicated when Carson Wentz left the game with a left shoulder injury, potentially forcing Max Brosmer to play QB in the second half.
Either way, though, it's a setback kind of game for Addison after his strong return a week ago.
