Taylor Swift recently shared why she might opt out of having a bachelorette party.
The singer got engaged to Travis Kelce in August after two years of dating, but she shared with Heart
“Everyone’s scattered across the world, is the thing,” Swift said to Heart Breakfast’s Emma Bunton on Oct. 3. “You would think that I had been the type of person who would have obsessed over the idea of a wedding my whole life, but I actually never thought about what I would ever do or what I would want until I met the person.”
However, nothing is set in stone.
"So when it comes to her bachelorette," she admitted, “I haven't actually even thought about that, like doing a hen do. This is the first time I’ve thought about that.”
Who are Taylor Swift's friends?
If Swift were to have a bachelorette party, there would be an influx of A-list celebrities who could be in attendance. First on the list is Selena Gomez, as Swift just attended her wedding last weekend to Benny Blanco.
In addition to Gomez, actresses Emma Stone and Zoë Kravitz are close friends to the 14-time Grammy winner, as well as singer Lana Del Rey, model Gigi Hadid, Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany Mahomes, and childhood friend Abigail Anderson Lucier are some friends that could be in attendance.
Swift is also close friends with the actress Blake Lively, but due to the singer's name being mentioned in the Gossip Girl alum and Jake Baldoni's lawsuit against each other, there has been a rift in their friendship.
A source told Page Six in June, “She will forever be furious at how Blake quite clearly was using her for clout and leverage in her dealings with Justin. She really hates that Blake would even think like that.”
The singer recently released The Life of a Showgirl, her 12th studio album, with some fans suggesting that the song "Cancelled!" was about her relationship with Lively.
“Good thing I like my friends canceled / I liked them cloaked Gucci and in scandal,” Swift sings in the song, which could be a reference to the actress being the face of Gucci in 2012.
However, despite the backlash, Swift seems to defend Lively in the song, giving hope to a potential resurrection of their bond.
The Life of a Showgirl is out now.
