It isn't clear exactly when or how Milano got injured, but the team announced he is dealing with a pectoral injury.
Milano, who just got back from the same injury this week, is now not in the game in the second half. Fellow veteran Shaq Thompson has taken his spot on the field.

This is obviously concerning considering Milano has been dealing with a pec injury for weeks now. He missed the last two contests because of the issue.
