The Buffalo Bills have been at the center of many a wide receiver trade over the last several days, especially after their Monday night loss to the Atlanta Falcons in which none of their own wideouts proved to be difference-makers.
One name that continues to float around is that of New Orleans Saints wideout Chris Olave.
"There are real health concerns, but Olave has proven that when he's on the field, he is a guy," Gilbert McGregor writes. "It's just his fourth NFL season, and he opened his career with two consecutive 1,000-yard seasons. He likely would have turned in a third had he not been limited to eight games in 2024."
Olave will be a name to monitor, not just for Buffalo, but other wide receiver-needy teams. The Pittsburgh Steelers continue to be a team to watch in terms of making a big trade. They reportedly reached out to the Saints back in May about Olave, and could circle back to try their luck again.
Should this be the case, Buffalo will have to be willing to outbid whatever Omar Khan and the Steelers are willing to send to the Saints.
