The Buffalo Bills are clearly in need of an alpha at receiver. The "everyone eats" moniker was fun for a year, but now it's clear teams have found ways to slow down the Bills' offense that lacks star power at the wide receiver position.
If the Bills want to be a serious Super Bowl contender, they need at least one star for Josh Allen to distribute the ball to - but could that star come from the Miami Dolphins? FanDuel proposed a trade on their X account that would send star wide receiver Jaylen Waddle to the Bills.
In the trade, Buffalo would send a 2026 second-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick to the Dolphins in exchange for Waddle, whom the Dolphins signed to a three-year, $84.75 million extension last year.
The Bills would likely have to pay a good bit more than those two picks to acquire Waddle. Considering Tyreek Hill has likely played his last down as a Dolphin, Waddle is the only star wideout on the team. Whomever the quarterback is next year for Miami, they will need Waddle to lean on.
