The Buffalo Bills are on a roll, and not just in the wins column.
At risk of a jinx, the Bills are also avoiding turnovers as well as any team in generations.
The 2024 Kansas City Chiefs had a streak of eight consecutive games without a turnover. That hadn't been done since 1933, according to ESPN. And now, the Bills are on the same streak of eight games without a turnover.

If Buffalo does it again on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints, it'll break the tie with the Chiefs for the longest mark since Franklin Delano Roosevelt was President.
It's a pretty cool turnaround for the Bills and particularly quarterback Josh Allen.
When Allen came into the league, he was a bit of a reckless risk-taker, and he had some accuracy issues and some fumbling problems.
But unlike really any QB in recent memory, Allen has polished all of the rough edges.

He's grown so much as a player, and the Bills around him have followed suit.
Allen protects the football when he runs, so his teammates do, too.
And in the passing game, Allen trusts his receivers to win matchups, and so they want to win the matchups for him.
It's a whole team enterprise to avoid turnovers this long.
And, knock on wood, the Bills are doing it at a historic rate.
