It's a new era for the Baltimore Ravens.
They've got a kicker other than Justin Tucker for the first time since 2011. Tyler Loop is the new guy.
And the spotlight comes immediately: Baltimore opens its season on Sunday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills.
Here's what you need to know about Loop:
Who is Tyler Loop?
Tyler Loop is the Baltimore Ravens' rookie kicker.
They took him in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft out of the University of Arizona.
For the Wildcats, he made 67 of his 80 career field goals.

What is Tyler Loop's career-long field goal?
Tyler Loop made a 62-yard field goal in 2024 for Arizona.
The game was about to go to halftime, so the Wildcats figured they had nothing to lose.
And Loop was money, the longest FG in University of Arizona history.
Why Tyler Loop has replaced Justin Tucker for Ravens
The Ravens released Tucker in May as the NFL investigates him for allegations of sexual misconduct.
They had already drafted Loop in April, but it took a bit of time before Baltimore made the final decision on Tucker.
The Ravens brought in a bit of competition for Loop this summer, but he won the job and will likely have it all season, barring disaster.
