The Baltimore Ravens, for some, are dead in the water at 1-4 with the Los Angeles Rams to come next for John Harbaugh's team.
While there is a glimmer of hope that this rocky ship can head for calmer waters once Lamar Jackson returns after the bye (Week 7), with many seeing Baltimore at 1-5, the playoffs will look extremely unlikely.
But just because many outside of the building are losing faith, doesn't mean those inside are, and running back Derrick Henry has revealed his message to the team amid what has been a horror start to 2025.
“Just tell them we still got a lot ahead of us and don't let the circumstances dictate our future,” Henry said. “Just stay focused, we can turn this thing around and get what we want to get out of the season. We just got to lock in and everybody's just got to do more, hold each other accountable, leaders lead and let it translate to Sundays, which it hasn't this last couple weeks, but I told them we just got to keep working and believe that it will.”

Can Ravens' "belief" help slay Rams?
After the past two weeks, even the most die-hard Baltimore fan would struggle to see how, with all the injuries, the Ravens can beat Matthew Stafford and the Rams.
Of course, that doesn't mean they can't, it's just tough sledding without Lamar and a handful of starters from your defense. But those are the cards the Ravens have been dealt, and now it is up to the locker room leaders like Henry to galvanize the team and get to work.
The season isn't over by any stretch, but the margin for error is nearly gone for the Ravens, and while some believe that at 1-5 when Jackson returns, the Ravens are still afloat in the playoff race, the franchise would be swimming against the tide just to punch their ticket.
Henry has faith, and right now, that's all Baltimore has.
