This didn't cost the Miami Marlins anything, which is probably what makes it a purely funny moment.
Right-handed pitcher Ronny Henriquez simply forgot how many outs there were.
You don't see a baseball player do it this dramatically often, though. Henriquez thought the first out of the inning was the third.
Here, you can see him throw a sweet pitch for a strikeout looking, then start strolling off the field like the inning was over.

To be fair to Henriquez, it was a weird inning for him. The Marlins had thrown an opener, and Henriquez began the second inning in the bullpen.
He came into the game after a walk with no outs, and he must've thought he was entering with a few outs after probably not paying close attention was he warmed up.
Henriquez had caught up by the next out. He had to cover first and step on the bag for out number two, and he quickly turned back around to the field of play to watch the lead base runner.
But for a moment, Henriquez provided some levity to Nationals and Marlins fans.
