A pair of 2-0 Catholic teams from the Acadiana area are squaring off to renew their annual rivalry.

Teurlings Catholic goes to Crowley to face Notre Dame and to keep its four-game winning streak in the series alive. Last season, the Rebels won 21-10 in Lafayette.

Teurlings defeated Sam Houston, 46-14, despite giving up 270 total yards to Bronco quarterback Gavin Breaux last week. The Rebels are looking for their second straight 3-0 start.

Notre Dame defeated Ville Platte, 42-7, at home last week to get to 2-0 in back-to-back years. The Pios are looking for their first 3-0 start since 2022.
