The Boston Red Sox finished the weekend with a 2-0 win over the New York Yankees on Father's Day.

As it turns out, that would mark the final game for designated hitter Rafael Devers.

On Sunday, it was reported that the Red Sox traded Devers to the San Francisco Giants in exchange for P Kyle Harrison, P Jordan Hicks, OF James Tibbs III and P Jose Bello.

It was quite the move by the Red Sox, and one that raised plenty of eyebrows with a questionable return for one of the best hitters in the game.

On Sunday evening, a video emerged of Devers getting his car, what looks to be a Range Rover, from Fenway Park just after the trade, in a quick turnaround.

Devers went 1-for-3 with a home run on Sunday in the win over the Yankees, then got traded hours later right before the Red Sox were set to fly to Seattle for the next series. The trade was also announced minutes before the Sunday Night Baseball game against the Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers.

Now, Devers will pack his bags and head for San Francisco as the Giants begin a three-game series against the Cleveland Guardians on Tuesday.

Oh, and the Giants host the Red Sox on Friday.
