Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving has a cloud of mystery surrounding him as the NFC South champs gear up for Week 5.
After Irving took a big hit in the first half of the Buccaneers' game against the Philadelphia Eagles, he returned to the game and played it out, but now we know that the second-year back is injured.
Per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, Irving is getting medical opinions on what is either a foot/ and or ankle injury, and while he hasn't been ruled out of Week 5, his status is far from certain.
That isn't ideal for an offense that used Irving so much in both the run and passing game, so coordinator Josh Grizzard might have to get creative if Bucky can't go on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks.

How does Irving injury alter Buccaneers' RB depth chart?
Luckily for Tampa Bay, it has two good backs behind Bucky.
Rachaad White and Sean Tucker both have skins on the wall, with White the starter before Irving was drafted. As for Tucker, he's a bit-part player, but has shown burst and the ability to be a weapon in both the run and pass game early in his career.
So, the Buccaneers, to an extent, will be fine without Irving, but of course, neither White nor Tucker is as good as Irving, but both together can be a fine tandem behind Baker Mayfield.
And if Irving can't go on Sunday, expect both White and Tucker to see a big workload at Lumen Field.
