The Philadelphia Eagles have won 14 games in two of the past two seasons, with two Super Bowl trips and one league ring to show for it. At 2-2 ahead of their winning Super Bowl 59 run last season, they had no chance to run the table.
But the 2025 NFL season is becoming much like their hot start to 2022, when they went on to win the NFC championship before falling short vs. the Eagles in Super Bowl 57. At 4-0, they're trying to match the 8-0 opening from three years ago — and then some.
The Eagles' shot in perfection ended in a shocking home loss to the Commanders in '22. Here's look at how long they can stay undefeated in '25.

Predicting Eagles' remaining 2025 schedule

Week 5 vs. Denver Broncos
"The Brian Dawkins Bowl"
The beloved Hall of Fame safety played for both franchises. The Broncos and Eagles have good secondaries at the moment, so this doesn't feel like a great spot to grease A.J. Brown. The team is still undefeated when Brown, Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith are all healthy to start the same game. Bo Nix has struggled. This is a Barkley game more than a wide receiver game.
Eagles get to 5-0
Week 6 at New York Giants
"The Saquon Barkley Bowl"
For now until the end of time, or at least until Barkley retires, this narrative of Barkley getting revenge on the Giants by winning a Super Bowl with the rival Eagles will linger. Forget the fact New York did the right thing by not paying a RB as a rebuilding team, while Philadelphia also was right by making a sleek luxury move. Jaxson Dart might be the next Hurts. Right now, he's not.
Eagles get to 6-0
Week 7 at Minnesota Vikings
"The Cunningham Wentz Bowl"
That combination of names could be an investment firm that has enough money to sponsor a college postseason game. Instead, it's two notable QBs who started careers with Philadelphia and ended in Minnesota. Eagles reporters will eat up the Carson Wentz vs. Hurts storyline while Brown and Smith getting on track together will be the real postgame story as they get inspired by Justin Jefferson vs. a burnable secondary.
Eagles get to 7-0
Week 8 vs. New York Giants
"The Saquon Barkley Bowl, The Sequel (aka /The Saq-uel')"
Did we mention the Giants drafted Barkley and the Eagles are the ones who signed him to a mega free-agent contract and helped him run for more 2,000 yards in a season? A season later, Cam Skattebo is a pretty good rebound, though.
Eagles get to 8-0 to match 2022

Week 10 at Green Bay Packers
"The Love Hurts Bowl"
We're not sure if Lambeau Field would host a pregame concert with the still active members of the band Nazareth, not to be confused with Bethlehem, where the Eagles go to training camp. The Eagles navigate through seeing old friend Micah Parsons, but Love grinds through to outduel his 2020 draft mate Hurts. There's more rust than rest at work with the Eagles coming off a bye.
Eagles fall to 8-1 to also match 2022
Week 11 vs. Detroit Lions
"The NFC Championship Preview?"
The Packers beating the Eagles in prime time on Monday night might mean that's more of the potential playoff rematch than this one. But in a strange twist, despite both teams being very good of late, they have yet to meet in the playoffs. The last and only postseason meeting was thirty years ago, when the Eagles beat the Lions in Dec. 1995 58-37. This game will fall well short of being so high-scoring, but the winning team puts up at least 38 points.
Eagles get to 9-1

Week 12 at Dallas Cowboys
"The Terrell Owens Bowl"
There's no doubt T.O. brings up nothing but fond Hall of Fame wide receiver memories for each team. The Eagles' offense will have no problems putting up another 38 burger and the Cowboys won't have enough firepower to match.
Eagles get to 10-1
Week 13 vs. Chicago Bears
"The Buddy Ryan Bowl"
Buddy Ryan was the defensive coordinator of the dominant 1985 Bears. He parlayed that into turning the Eagles into an elite, physically pounding unit. Chicago won't play that kind of defense here. The Eagles might, more so via forcing turnovers.
Eagles get to 11-1
Week 14 at Los Angeles Chargers
"The Ryan Mathews Bowl"
Yes, he's the Mathews that spells his name with only one T like baseball Hall of Famer Eddie. Related, Philip Rivers has only one L and Malcom Floyd has only two Ls. Pour it out for the running back who once played for both teams. Justin Herbert and Jim Harbaugh are up to the task to win at home.
Eagles fall to 11-2
Week 15 vs. Las Vegas Raiders
"The Chip Kelly Bowl"
Remember that one time Kelly coached the Eagles? You know, before they won Super Bowls with Doug Pederson and Nick Sirianni and got to the Super Bowl with Andy Reid. Kelly is the Raiders' offensive coordinator. Oh yeah, it's also Barkley vs. Ashton Jeanty.
Eagles go to 12-2
Week 16 at Washington Commanders
"The Donovan McNabb Bowl"
Jayden Daniels should be back to make this fun with Hurts. Wentz, like McNabb, also played for the Eagles and Commanders, much like DeSean Jackson. But this Commanders team isn't last year's Commanders team yet.
Eagles go to 13-2
Week 17 at Buffalo Bills
"The Super Bowl 60 Preview?
The Eagles are built well to beat the Bills with Hurts-Barkley and also can make some big plays to their wideouts. The Bills can be contained with limited wide receiver threats vs. Vic Fangio making his defense more aggressive.
Eagles go 14-2
Week 18 vs. Washington Commanders
"The Sonny Jurgensen Bowl"
Oh, Jurgensen is another notable QB who played for both teams. The Eagles should have the NFC top seed wrapped up by Week 17, even with that loss to the Packers. They rest up for extra time off before the playoffs with another No. 1 seed.
Eagles finish 14-3
