Jota Silva was a star in the Primeira Liga with Vitória, but has been unable to make his mark in the Premier League

In 31 league games last season for Nottingham Forest, Silva scored just three times and made two assists.

The winger was denied a return to Portugal after his transfer to Sporting fell through on deadline day.

However, Silva could still make a move from the City Ground. According to talkSPORT, "Neom SC are interested in a move for the 26-year-old."

Neom are a very ambitious Saudi Pro League side

Neom has just been promoted to the Saudi Pro League, but is already looking to make its mark on the top flight.

They are managed by Christophe Galtier, who has guided Paris Saint-Germain and Lille to winning Ligue 1.

Neom's squad includes former Premier League players, Alexandre Lacazette, Said Benrahma, and Abdoulaye Doucoure.

In goal, they have a Polish international, Marcin Bułka. Galtier has also been able to recruit two talented young French players in Saimon Bouabre and Nathan Zeze.

Manchester City legend Kevin De Bruyne was also linked with Neom before he signed for Napoli.

Despite this impressive recruitment, Neom lost their opening game of the new Saudi Pro League campaign 1-0 to Al-Ahli. However, there is no shame in that, as Al-Ahli won the AFC Champions League last season.
