After the historic win against Porto, Inter Miami are looking to book their spot in the last 16 of the 2025 Club World Cup as they take on Palmeiras — and we're predicting only one outcome.
The Herons were not only the first MLS team to win at the tournament in the United States, but also the first CONCACAF club to defeat a UEFA club. With an unforgettable free-kick goal from Lionel Messi, Inter Miami defeated the Portuguese giants 2-1 and now have their knockout hopes in their own hands.

As for Palmeiras, after qualifying for the last 16 of the Copa Libertadores with a perfect record, they are now aiming to do similar in the Club World Cup. Abel Ferreira's men overcame Al Ahly 2-0 after the initial draw against Porto, and if they maintain their unbeaten record they will remain in the competition.
A draw suits both sides and will see both go through, and that outcome is we're going for at 31/20 with Bet365. Palmeiras are favourites to win at 21/20, and Inter Miami are way back at 9/2.

Over 2.5 goals: 6/5 (Betway)
Both sides have been full of goals of late, even if they have scored just four between them in the Club World Cup so far. Miami's two did come against a top side, while there have been over 2.5 goals in 10 of their last 11 games. As for Palmeiras, the Brazilians arrived in the US as the top-scoring side in the Copa Libertadores group stage with 17 goals in six games. This looks shrewd value.
Estevao to score at anytime: 21/10 (Betway)
The soon-to-be Chelsea star is looking to end his Palmeiras career on a high, and is a good bet to get a goal here, having scored 11 in the 2025 season already, including four in the Libertadores. One of the most exciting young players in the world, Estevao will be looking to show out against Messi in a clash of generations.
Inter Miami vs. Palmeiras expected lineups, team news
Inter Miami will be without the services of Gonzalo Lujan and Yannick Bright, who are both sidelined with hamstring injuries.
