The Washington Commanders got a little healthier this week.

Jayden Daniels is returning to start at quarterback in Week 5.

But the news hasn't all been great. Top wide receiver Terry McLaurin remains out due to injury.

How long is Terry McLaurin out?

McLaurin's exact return date is yet to be determined.

He hurt his quad in Week 3.

That injury kept him out in Week 4, and he now isn't playing in Week 5, either.

McLaurin was doing work on a side field with athletic trainers this past week, according to ESPN.

ESPN added that head coach Dan Quinn said McLaurin and fellow WR Noah Brown "were trending in the right direction" but didn't add any details about a return timeline.

The Commanders were also at risk of being without Deebo Samuel in Week 5, but he got a full practice in on Friday and was taken off the injury report.

Daniels will certainly want his newly paid receiver McLaurin back on the field with him, but for now, the Commanders will have to try and win without Scary Terry.
