Baker Mayfield plays through pain all the time, so there's likely not too much to worry about here.
But the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' quarterback did make a surprising appearance on the injury report on Wednesday.
Mayfield was listed as a limited participant in practice due to a right biceps injury.
The star QB was also seen wearing a sleeve on his right arm during practice.
Fantasy football managers are also a bit concerned, because Mayfield has shown up with the questionable tag on their sites after being limited. Mayfield does not officially have an injury designation yet, though. That won't come until later in the week, if it comes at all.

The Bucs have a massive game on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. It seems highly unlikely that Mayfield would miss out.
Tampa Bay is already 3-0, with three very late winning plays turning potential losses into victories.
There's no better chance to make a statement than by beating the defending Super Bowl champs.
It also looks like the Buccaneers will get star receiver Chris Godwin back. He was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, and that'll help make up for the absence of Mike Evans.

Tristan Wirfs, the star offensive tackle, was limited in Wednesday's practice.
The Buccaneers will spend the rest of the week trying to make sure everyone is healthy and good to go for one of the best games of the week.
