The first look at No. 1.

Bryce Young will make his NFL debut in front of the home faithful at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. on Saturday. He will take on one of the NFL's most compelling teams in the Jets, who hope that 2023 is the year their flight finally gets off the ground. A trip to the state first in flight is another step in that process.

New York's new pilot — Aaron Rodgers — has enjoyed working with the new flight crew. He will likely remain sidelined during this contest as Gang Green protects No. 8 while getting a good look at their future investment in Zach Wilson. But the No. 2 pick of the 2021 NFL Draft won't be the focus on Saturday.

It's instead squarely on the shoulders of Young, the man whom the Panthers hope will change the franchise. Carolina fans will get their first look at Frank Reich on the sidelines and Young under center — a duo who have visions of being a great marriage for many years to come.

They bring in a brand new offense, some new supporting cast members and a renewed energy after some down years. Expectations aren't quite as high for Carolina, but both teams are dealing with various levels of hype entering 2023. On Saturday, they'll provide an early look into where they stand as the regular season approaches.

Here's everything you need to know about the Jets-Panthers Week 1 preseason matchup, including channels, live streaming options and kickoff time.

What channel is Jets vs. Panthers on today?

  • Local TV Channel: WCBS 2 (New York)
  • Out-of-market channel: NFL Network
  • Live stream: Fubo, NFL+ (US) | DAZN (CA)

For those hoping to catch a glimpse of Young's first snaps and countless images of Rodgers in street clothes on the sideline, you'll want to tune into WCBS 2 in New York or the NFL Network if you're anywhere else.

The Panthers will not have their own dedicated local broadcast for this preseason showdown, meaning we'll likely have the Jets' feed broadcasted on NFL Network.

Streamers can enjoy the game in the United States on Fubo, which comes with a free trial for new subscribers or on the NFL's platform, NFL+.

Fans in Canada don't have to miss out either, as DAZN will take care of things north of the border.
