The Miami Dolphins are a team on the brink after starting out 0-3 and they need all hands on deck to nab their first win against the New York Jets, including wideout Jaylen Waddle.
Much like most of the Dolphins, Waddle's start to the season has been disappointing, with the fifth-year wideout tallying just 137 yards through three games, although he has found pay dirt twice.
Waddle is once again off to a quiet start in the Week 4 game against the Jets on Monday night.
Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Is Jaylen Waddle playing tonight?
UPDATE: Waddle has his first catch of the night.
The reception came on Miami's second drive and went for 25 yards. We're off and running.
END OF UPDATE
Waddle is active, healthy and in the lineup, and he did receive a target on the opening drive but couldn't come up with it. There was a case to be made that Waddle was the victim of a pass interference on the play, but officials disagreed.
We'll see if Waddle can get going on Miami's second drive.
