There are no boundaries when it comes to college football rivalries. We saw yet another example of that in Boise State's reaction to Ashton Jeanty's first NFL touchdown at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday.
Jeanty went bonkers in the Raiders' loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 4. He scored a trio of touchdowns and gained 155 scrimmage yards (138 on the ground) in what was easily the best game of his very young career.
Upon Jeanty scoring the first of those three touchdowns, which was also his first at Allegiant Stadium after he was blanked in Week 2, the Raiders posted the highlight and noted that it was Jeanty's first touchdown on Las Vegas' home turf.
However, Boise State was quick to remind everyone that Jeanty has scored at the venue before, something he did in a 2024 game against the program's Mountain West rival, UNLV.

Jeanty's Allegiant Stadium score with Boise State came in a Week 7 game against UNLV last season. Jeanty rushed for 128 yards and also caught three passes for 11 yards in the 29-24 victory for the Broncos.
Jeanty's career in the NFL had gotten off to a rough start, which has led many to jump the gun and express concern about his future in the league, which is silly.
Most of Jeanty's issues had to do with the fact that he couldn't find much room to run behind what had been a bad offensive line in Las Vegas.
However, the group upfront was much better in Week 4 and Jeanty went off. He even broke loose for a 64-yard touchdown run, showing he can truly do it all.
Hopefully that is a sign of things to come.
