Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver and cornerback Travis Hunter has cut his hair for his NFL debut against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

Hunter was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft after an illustrious career that saw him dominate both as a wide receiver and cornerback. His performance was good enough to earn a Heisman Trophy last season, which solidified him as one of the top overall prospects in April's draft.

Now, the Colorado product will look to successfully take his talents to the NFL, a process that will begin in Week 1 on Sunday against the Panthers.

But before that, Hunter showed off a new hairstyle.

The former Buffaloes star has cut his hair, as he revealed upon arriving at EverBank Stadium on Sunday morning.

After playing both sides of the ball during his college career, the expectation is he will do the same in the NFL. However, chances are he's going to see heavier snaps on one side of the ball than the other and won't play full time on both sides.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Sunday that Hunter will play every down at wide receiver and will have a situational role on defense.

"The Jacksonville Jaguars are planning for Travis Hunter to be an "every-down wide receiver and situational corner" in Sunday's regular-season opener against the Carolina Panthers, league sources told ESPN on Saturday," Schefter reported.

However, Schefter adds that the Week 1 decision "doesn't mean that arrangement will hold in Week 2 or further into the season."
