Bhayshul Tuten has proven to be a solid complement to Travis Etienne early on in the 2025 campaign, but the rookie running back is off to a slow start in the Week 5 game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Tuten has been playing second fiddle to Etienne, who has been playing arguably the best football of his career this season, so touches have been hard to come by in his rookie campaign.
We're seeing that again early on in Week 5 on Monday night. Here's a closer look at what's happening with the Jaguars back.
Is Bhayshul Tuten playing tonight?
UPDATE: Tuten has his first carry of the night on Jacksonville's fourth drive.
However, it only went for one yard.
END OF UPDATE
UPDATE: Still no Tuten sighting, as Etienne is just dominating snaps.
There's only so many plays Etienne can be on the field for because, you know, he's human, so it's just a matter of time before Tuten gets involved.
END OF UPDATE
Yes, Tuten is active for the Jaguars, but Jacksonville hasn't utilized him yet.
They haven't had much of a chance to do so, either, as the Jaguars have gone three-and-out on each of their first two drives and only Etienne has gotten a look for the Jags on offense.
Tuten will eventually get involved, but it remains to be seen when.
