After having the best game of his career in Week 2, the status of Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft for the Week 3 game against the Cleveland Browns was uncertain this week due to a knee injury.
Kraft got hurt in practice on Thursday, but thankfully he avoided a serious injury and only tweaked his knee.
Kraft closed out the week as a non-participant in practice, which led to him getting the questionable tag on the final injury report, leaving the door open for him to play.
On Saturday, NFL Network offered the latest update on Kraft, revealing whether or not he would play in Week 3 against Cleveland.

END OF UPDATE
According to NFL Network, Kraft is expected to play in Week 3 versus the Browns.
"The Green Bay Packers tight end is expected to play in Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns after suffering a knee injury in practice earlier this week, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport, Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo reported," the outlet reported on Saturday.
As of this writing, there has been no indication Kraft's workload will be limited, so he appears to be a full go just days after suffering the tweak in his knee.
Why Kraft playing matters
Kraft has developed into one of the better tight ends in the NFL and is a key piece of the Packers' offense, especially with injuries to wide receivers Jayden Reed (shoulder, foot) and Christian Watson (knee).
The 2023 third-round pick posted career-highs in receptions (50), receiving yards (707) and touchdowns (seven) in 2024, ranking second, second and first on the team in those three categories.
Kraft is also coming off the best game of his career after tallying six catches for 124 yards and a touchdown in Week 2. With eight catches on 11 targets for 140 yards and a touchdown, Kraft ranks first on the Packers in all four categories.
