Micah Parsons has a choice to make.
The newest Green Bay Packers superstar, acquired Thursday in a blockbuster trade from the Dallas Cowboys, needs to decide on his new jersey number.
Parsons wore No. 11 both in college at Penn State and in Dallas. But those digits are taken by speedy Green Bay wide receiver Jayden Reed.
Back at Harrisburg High School, Parsons was No. 23, but that seems an unlikely choice.

On Friday, Parsons posted on X suggesting that he's down to two options: 0 or 1.
Should I go 0 or 1!

They both seem to have some merit.
Parsons would definitely look fierce rocking No. 0 and sprinting past offensive linemen toward the opposing quarterback.
The No. 1 would be sleek and lithe on Parsons, sort of a slimmed-down version of his former 11.

The jersey number doesn't matter beyond how it makes Parsons feel, if there's any such impact. It also will be a popular sale for the Packers, as their fans all over the country will want it, but they're going to buy it no matter what digit Parsons chooses.
It's definitely a fun call to go for a single-digit number after the NFL only a few years ago allowed defenders to have such a choice.
Parsons will be a superstar in Green Bay no matter the number on his back, that's for darn sure.
