Buffalo Bills fans held their collective breaths on Sunday when superstar quarterback Josh Allen exited the game with a nose issue.

Allen took a shot to his face during the 30-10 win over the New York Jets in Week 2 and had quite a bit of blood coming out. Thankfully, Allen ended up being OK and was able to return to the game.

"We could breathe, so it's good," Allen said after beating the Jets on Sunday.

The Bills released their first injury report of the week on Monday with their Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins game being on Thursday night. Here's what it said about Allen.

Josh Allen injury update

According to Buffalo's first injury report of the week, Allen was not listed with his nose issue, which means he's not in danger of missing Thursday night's game.

The injury report was just an estimation, as the Bills only held a walkthrough, but if Allen's nose was still a problem, he would've been listed.

Here's a look at Buffalo's full Monday injury report.

Buffalo Bills' injury report for Monday

LB Matt Milano (pectoral) - Did not participate

DT Ed Oliver (ankle) - Did not participate

LB Shaq Thompson (hamstring, hand) - Limited participation

DB Cam Lewis (shoulder) - Limited participation

CB Taron Johnson (quadriceps) - Limited participation

DB Jordan Hancock (shoulder) - Full participation

The Bills will release two more injury reports over the next few days. Barring Allen popping up on either one, there appears to be no threat to his status for Week 3.
