The Buffalo Bills are reportedly reuniting with one of their former draft picks.
According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Bills are signing linebacker Baylon Specter to the practice squad.
A former seventh-round pick of the Bills in 2022, Spector appeared in 26 games (four starts) over three seasons with Buffalo.
He played in 11 games and started in four of them for the Bills in 2024 and finished with 1.5 sacks, 40 tackles and two tackles for loss.
Spector was with the Bills in training camp but suffered an injury. He's had a few tryouts since then but hasn't been able to latch on with another team.
The signing of Spector comes amid the Bills dealing with multiple injuries at the linebacker position, so that's probably the reason for the reunion.
Dorian Williams is dealing with a knee injury that kept him out of the Week 5 game against the New England Patriots and Matt Milano suffered yet another pectoral injury that has him week-to-week.
In the event that one of both can't suit up, Spector will likely be elevated to the gameday roster to provide some depth.
