The Baltimore Ravens are in a really bad spot.

The Lamar Jackson injury news will capture the headlines, but it's not just him. The Friday practice report update has a whole host of Ravens stars hurting.

Jackson's hamstring issue, which knocked him out of the Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, apparently hasn't gotten much better. He hasn't participated in practice any day this week, and that makes him very unlikely to suit up Sunday against the Houston Texans.

If Jackson sits, Cooper Rush will start against a Houston defense that just pitched a shutout and has allowed the fewest points through four games in franchise history.

Six other Ravens were also DNPs on Friday, putting their Sunday availability in major doubt.

Patrick Ricard, the All-Pro fullback, remains sidelined with a calf injury. He hasn't played yet this season.

Superstar safety Kyle Hamilton remained out of practice with a groin problem.

Star middle linebacker Roquan Smith, like Jackson, has a hamstring issue making him a DNP.

Ballhawk cornerback Marlon Humphrey is sidelined at the moment with a calf problem.

Humphrey's cornerback mate, Chidobe Awuzie, has the hamstring injury bug.

And the standout pass rusher Odafe Oweh has missed practice time with an eye ailment.

If all those players miss the Week 5 clash with the Texans, it could prove disastrous. The Ravens are already 1-3. They need to get back to winning.

But without so many of their leaders, that could be tough. This season could take a turn for the even worse.
