NFL Wild Card prop bets: Tracking the best player props, including Parker Washington, Puka Nacua image

NFL Wild Card weekend presents plenty of opportunities to place bets on player performances. With 12 teams in action, wading through all possible player props feels daunting. (It's not easy.)

Even with this mountain of information and opportunities ahead of us, we should look for the best and worst matchups, in terms of statistics, offense vs. Defense, game flow, and more factors that will impact how players and teams perform.

We will update this running tracker as we add the best NFL Wild Card prop odds to our virtual NFL betting play sheet.

Best NFL Wild Card player props

Parker Washington: Over 4.5 receptions (+130) • BetMGM Sportsbook

Jaguars vs. Bills • Odds locked in Thursday, 4 p.m. ET

The Jaguars' key to success will be preventing pass pressure on Trevor Lawrence. A huge facilitator of that strategy will be Washington, who has broken out in place of injured rookie Travis Hunter.

Washington has logged at least five receptions in each of his past three games and six times this year. Let's lean toward the recent sample with his new, augmented role when isolating these numbers, though.

Alongside sure-handed Jakobi Meyers and erratic Brian Thomas Jr., Washington has emerged as a deep threat, averaging at least 11.5 yards per target in all four games following a Week 14 absence.

Finding value in BetMGM player props often proves futile due to their rigid options available, but this one provides plus-money on an easily scalable achievement.

Puka Nacua: 100+ Receiving Yards (+109) • DraftKings Sportsbook

Rams at Panthers • Odds locked in Thursday, 4 p.m. ET

It's a high bar, sure, but for arguably the league's best receiver, you're going to run into this.

A rematch with one of the NFL's top cover cornerbacks, Carolina's Mike Jackson, may warrant some trepidation for a number this high, but Nacua rattled off 72 yards even while facing Jackson for much of the Week 13 matchup.

With Davante Adams potentially at full health for the first time in weeks, his presence should free up Nacua more often, especially after the catch.

The Panthers also grade out as one of the worst pass-rush units in the league on Pro Football Focus, which should leave Matthew Stafford plenty of time to find open wideouts -- especially those who rank among the best route-runners in the league.

Luther Burden: 100+ Receiving Yards (+1100) • BetMGM

Bears vs. Packers • Odds locked in Thursday, 8 p.m. ET

Packers vs. Bears weather concerns loom over this and all Bears-Packers bets, but even if snow and rain happen, the value placed on this bet earlier this week was sound. These teams are used to inclement weather, and Burden's route running in Ben Johnson and Caleb Williams' offense still puts him in position to pile up yardage, even if Rome Odunze (foot) returns as expected.

Tetairoa McMillan Anytime TD (+185) • BetMGM

Panthers vs. Rams • Odds locked in Saturday, midnight ET

You could of course bet on the likelier names like Puka Nacua, Davante Adams, Kyren Williams, or Rico Dowdle, but McMillan has an advantage over Rams cornerbacks and has a bit more profit in his juice.
