Storm’s Skylar Diggins finally hits career milestone after over a decade image

After more than a decade in the WNBA, Seattle Storm guard Skylar Diggins finally added a triple-double to her résumé in Monday night’s 101-85 win over the Connecticut Sun.

Diggins finished with 11 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists, marking her first-ever triple-double in a regular season game. She also added two blocks, rounding out one of the most complete performances of her career.

"Obviously I get to play with a lot of talent. You don’t get 11 assists without the ball going in the basket," Diggins said, giving credit to her teammates for helping make the moment happen.

The veteran guard continues to showcase her leadership and versatility. With the win, the Storm improved to 16-11 and remain firmly in the playoff hunt.
