Caitlin Clark's absence was the biggest injury news heading into the WNBA Commissioner's Cup championship between the Fever and Lynx, but legendary halftime act Red Panda was also shaken up on Tuesday.
The beloved performer fell from her unicycle during a halftime show and was holding her left wrist, according to MinnPost's Patrick Borzi. ESPN's Micahel Voepel reported that she tried to walk off the court on her own but had to be helped by medical personnel.
Regardless of the result of the WNBA game being played tonight, everyone is hoping for the best for Red Panda. She has been a fixture at halftime shows around the league for years.

Red Panda fall during Fever-Lynx halftime
The performer fell from her unicycle during her show at halftime of the Fever-Lynx game on Tuesday. She was clearly in pain, and a wheelchair was brought over to help her exit the floor. The Athletic's Ben Pickman captured some video of the aftermath.

On Wednesday, TMZ Sports reported that Red Panda suffered a severe left wrist fracture from the fall. The accident was due to the left pedal of her unicycle being damaged in transit. The performer will visit an orthopedic surgeon to repair her wrist.

Who is Red Panda?
"Red Panda" is the stage name for acrobat Rong Niu, who rides an elevated unicycle while kicking bowls onto her head. She has performed at NBA, WNBA, and college basketball games for many years and is highly popular with fans.
