One of the most-anticipated TV shows of the year is "Stranger Things," as Netflix will air the hit show's final season later this year.
"Stranger Things" has become one of the biggest pieces of pop culture of the last decade, creating a huge amount of momentum for the series finale. Therefore, one of the WNBA's most popular teams is taking advantage of the hype and its connection to the show this summer.
The Fever revealed that they partnered with Netflix to create limited-edition jerseys based around "Stranger Things" for the rest of the jersey. Indiana is taking advantage of the fact that the show is set in a fictional town in Indiana, building off the hype of both the team and the show.

Fever 'Stranger Things' jerseys, explained
In honor of the final season of "Stranger Things" this year, Netflix and the Fever have partnered to create a limited edition Fever jersey and uniform inspired by the show. The Fever are a fitting team to partner with the show for this collaboration as "Stranger Things" takes place in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana.

"This jersey represents the fierce spirit of our team and the fearless energy of Stranger Things – two forces that never back down," Fever COO and GM Amber Cox said. "As we celebrate our team and the cultural phenomenon that is Stranger Things, we’re thrilled to bring back this awesome collaboration with Netflix."

The jerseys have a black base with red spots throughout, which are meant to mimic the Upside Down dimension from "Stranger Things." Additionally, there are several easter eggs in the jersey that connect back to the most popular elements of the show.

"The limited-edition jersey – on sale now – reimagines the Fever’s classic look with a dark, retro twist featuring eerie red and black hues, vintage Stranger Things font, Demogorgon claw accents, and “011” on the waistband, referencing the series’ beloved character, Eleven," the team said in its announcement.
The Fever are also selling other team merchandise in the 1980s style that exists throughout the show.
