The Indiana Fever's resilience was on full display Sunday when the Chicago Sky visited Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Three days after losing point guards Sydney Colson and Aari McDonald to season-ending injuries, the Fever recovered from a blowout loss in Phoenix by defeating the Sky for the fourth time this year.
Indiana's 92-70 victory over Chicago kept the Fever in the hunt for a top-four seed and home-court advantage in the first round of the WNBA playoffs next month. The Fever is four games over .500 even without Caitlin Clark, who missed her 20th game of the season on Sunday as she continues to nurse a groin injury.

However, Clark's highly-anticipated return to the court could be closer than fans imagine.
As Fever guard Kelsey Mitchell spoke to reporters about Indiana as the most resilient team she has ever played on, forward Natasha Howard told fans on social media that Indiana might be low on point guards -- for now -- but is full of fight for the challenges ahead.
"We feel this fight is a little different with (our) girls out of the lineup," Howard wrote on X. "All the hard work they’ve put in over this season won’t go unnoticed. Win (or) lose, just know we are fighting to the end for Syd, CC & Ari. See you soon CC."
We will always fighting for each other but we feel this fight is a little different with our girls out the lineup. All the hard work they’ve put in over this season won’t go unnoticed. Win are lose just know we are fighting to the end for Syd,CC & Ari. See you soon CC ❤️🔥 https://t.co/3JtMxgqrjc

As fans wait for news about Clark's status, the Fever will host Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings on Tuesday before the Washington Mystics come to town on Friday.
