Caitlin Clark didn't mean what she said in a big picture way.
This was just the Indiana Fever superstar in the heat of battle delivering an explicit message to Connecticut Sun guard Jacy Sheldon.
Right before pushing Sheldon, Clark appeared to say, "I can do whatever the f– I want to do."
“I can do whatever the f*ck I want to do.”

The conflict escalated as the game went on, but this message really could be taken as a lot larger than one individual moment on the court on a Tuesday night.
Clark is right.
This is her WNBA, whether anyone is willing to admit it or not.
She drives ratings and interest like no other player in the history of women's basketball.
So yeah, Clark can do what she wants.

The WNBA would certainly prefer her to not get in physical altercations every night, but even that brings attention to the league.
If the rest of the time, Clark just drains 3-pointers from the logo, they'll allow for some heated debate every now and again.
The WNBA needs Clark, and so her threshold for behavior is very high. She put it more tastefully than some would, but in her message to Sheldon, Clark certainly wasn't wrong.
