It's right around the halfway point of the high school football season around the country, which makes it a perfect time to take a look at standout performers.

The Sporting News has nominated 22 Mississippi high school football standouts who could be named "Mississippi's Midseason Player of the Year." 

But we want you to decide with your vote.
