Paradise running back Luke Brown is The Sporting News Player of the Week.

Although he only played in the first half of a 48-7 blowout win at Millsap on Sept. 19, Paradise senior running back Luke Brown made the most of two quarters, rushing for 109 yards and four touchdowns and had a touchdown reception.

The victory helped the Panthers bounce back from their only loss of the 2025 season to Eagle Mountain the week before.

For his efforts, Brown earned The Sporting News Texas Player of the Week from Week 4 by vote, covering games played from Sept. 22-28.
