National Week 8 high school football schedule & scoreboard: Westlake leads Akins, 52-0, at the half in Austin image

The National Week 8 schedule features the Lone Peak [UT] Knights at the Skyridge [UT] Falcons in the SN Game of the Week.

There were no head-to-head matchups between two teams both ranked in The Sporting News High School Football Top 25, so we decided to let you, the fans, vote on what should be the game of the week.

And the game that you collectively picked is the big Beehive State showdown between the Lone Peak [Highland, UT] Knights at the Skyridge [Lehi, UT] Falcons set for 9 p.m. EST (7 p.m. MST local).

That was one of 10 games on our ballot that also included big games in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas. Finally, one game features an interstate matchup between teams from Florida and Mayland.
