Bixby (Oklahoma) High School, located just south of Tulsa, is currently one of the premier programs in high school football.
The Spartans have won 10 state championships over the past 11 seasons, including a run of seven straight titles - the last three coming after moving up to Class 6AI, the state’s highest classification, beating Owasso in overtime, 43-42, in last season's title game. They also own the record for the longest winning streak in the state at 58 straight games, which spanned from 2018-22.
One link to that impressive run being displayed by Bixby has been the presence of a player with the last name of Presley. There are three Presley brothers - Brennan, Braylin and Braeden - who have combined to win 103 games, eight state titles and score a total of 161 touchdowns.
Brennan Presley played at Bixby from 2016-19, Braylin Presley was at Bixby from 2018-21 and younger brother Braeden Presley is an incoming senior for the Spartans, though he didn’t play varsity ball as a freshman in 2022.
The other link between the three brothers - all three have committed to play at Oklahoma State, with Braeden becoming the latest to commit to the Cowboys, having done so recently, picking OSU over the likes of Oklahoma, Kansas State and Texas Tech.

Braeden Presley, a 6-foot-2 three-star receiver/safety, had more than 650 yards of total offense and seven total touchdowns last season for the Spartans during their latest state title run. On defense, he made 33 tackles and intercepted four passes while breaking up 12 more. He’s also an impact player on special teams, having more than 400 combined yards on kickoff and punt returns.
Now he follows in the footsteps of his brothers who became Cowboys. Brennan Presley went to OSU and became the program’s all-time leader in receptions, while Braylin played there for just one season before transferring to Tulsa.
Braeden Presley’s commitment also continues a strong run of in-state pickups by the Cowboys. Of the team’s 13 Class of 2026 commits, six are from Oklahoma, including four-star defensive lineman Tajh Overton of Owasso and four-star tailback KD Jones of Jenks, who is the son of former OU standout running back Kejuan Jones.
In an interview published on Oklahoma State site GoPokes247, Presley remarked that Overton and KD Jones, both of whom also play at programs in the Tulsa metropolitan area, were very influential in swaying his pick toward the Cowboys.
“They’ve been talking to me for the past couple of weeks trying to get me down there,” Presley said to GoPokes247. “KD has been texting me a lot, Tajh. More players have just been telling me to come down there and build something down there. … That helped and contributed a lot.”
Now, Braeden Presley wants to finish his senior season at Bixby the same way his two older brothers did - with yet another Spartan state championship.
