WATCH: St. John Bosco vs. Serra on NFHS Network
After opening the season with losses to De La Salle and Folsom – the top-ranked teams in NorCal – Serra has its work cut out to even give St. John Bosco a competitive game. But one can't underestimate the heart of a (recent) champion. And Serra has serious talent as usual, including juniors Malakai Taufoou, a 4-star safety, and Jeovanni Henley, an emerging two-way star at RB/DB.
St. John Bosco may well prove to be the top team in all of high school football, and it's loaded with top-end talent. That includes huge names at the skill positions in QB Koa Malau'ulu, RB Maliq Allen, and WRs Madden Williams (Texas A&M), Daniel Odom (Oklahoma), and Carson Clark (San Jose State). Other top Braves include 4-star S Isala Wily-Ava and 3-star LB Matthew Muasau (UCLA).
