Vote: Who should be the Georgia high school football player of the week (Sept. 21-28)? image

It's your turn to vote in our Georgia High School Football Player of the Week poll.

It was a weekend filled with big performances in the Peach State last weekend.

It even included a single-game state record for rushing yards as Ty Cummings of the West Laurens [Dexter, GA] Raider ran for 615 yards and eight touchdowns on just 19 carries. That's an average of 32.37 yards per carry, and it helped the Raiders to a 70-55 win over the Baldwin [Milledgeville, GA] Braves last Friday night.

Was that enough to make Cummings the Georgia High School Football Player of the Week? Well, that's up to you to decide as we roll out this week's ballot. Vote as many times as you want until 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, and the winner will be announced next week.
