The No. 3 St. John Bosco [CA] Braves will host the Eastwood [TX] Troopers Friday night.

BELLFLOWER, CA, Aug. 29 — The St. John Bosco [Bellflower, CA] Braves beat the Eastwood [El Paso, TX] Troopers, 66-7, Friday night.

St. John Bosco got the season started last week with a win in Florida while Eastwood is opening the season tonight.

Leading 31-0 at the half last week, St. John Bosco's game at the Manatee [FL] Hurricanes was marred by multiple weather delays with another lengthy delay starting at halftime. Eventually the game was called off, and the Braves got the win in one half of play.

They'll host a Troopers' team that was just 4-6 in 2024.
