Here are the latest Nebraska high school football state rankings for Week 4 of the regular season. These are based off the coaches poll released following the most recent action on the gridiron.

Millard South, Elkhorn North, Wahoo, Bishop Neumann, Shelby-Rising City and Central Valley all remained No. 1 while Garden County moved to the top spot in six-player.
