Illinois high school football: Latest AP rankings image

We move into Week 3 of the Illinois high school football season and with it, the latest Associated Press rankings have been revealed.

Leading the way in Class 8A is Mt. Carmel followed by Lincoln-Way East and Loyola Academy. 

One Illinois school, East St. Louis, holds the top spot in AllSportsPeople Midwest High School Football Top 25 with Loyola Academy coming in at No. 2 overall. Mt. Carmel is fourth and Lincoln-Way East sits sixth heading into the week.
