Saturday night in Unrivaled was historic.
Kelsey Plum tied the two-year-old league record with 38 points as Phantom BC soundly defeated Lunar Owls, 94-60. And in the late tip-off from Sephora Arena in Miami, Mist BC rallied to defeat Laces BC in an instant Unrivaled classic, as Breanna Stewart's team moved to 2-0.
The two-game Sunday night slate features a showdown between 2-0 Rose BC and 2-0 Breeze BC. Paige Bueckers and Breeze, one of the two new teams debuting in Unrivaled this season, have taken the 3-on-3 competition by storm.
But Rose BC are the defending champions, and they feature the league's early leader in points per game in Chelsea Gray.
To end the night, Kelsey Mitchell and Hive BC face Rhyne Howard and Vinyl BC, a matchup of 0-2 teams. It's a chance for Mitchell to lead Hive to their first-ever win in Unrivaled; they lost their first two games by a combined 27 points.
