After 52 years, tennis fans will get to experience another Battle of the Sexes, but this time with women's No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka taking on Nick Kyrgios.
The exhibition match, which will take place in Dubai, is a modern-day recreation of the iconic 1973 showdown between tennis legend Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs. This time around, Sabalenka and Kyrgios will play best-of-three sets with a match tiebreak to ten points if necessary.
Kyrgios is currently ranked 671st in the world due to an injury layoff that allowed him only to play five matches in 2025. He is targeting an official return in 2026 and plans to enter the Australian Open. Four-time grand slam champion Sabalenka continues her reign of excellence on the women's circuit.
