Nottingham Forest will look for their first win under Ange Postecoglou when they travel to Burnley for a Premier League clash on Saturday.

It has been a disappointing week for Nottingham Forest, as they followed up their 3-0 league defeat to Arsenal with a disappointing 3-2 loss to Championship side Swansea in the Carabao Cup, despite holding a two-goal lead.

On the other hand, Burnley were also left somewhat disappointed as they conceded a late penalty to lose 1-0 to Liverpool in their previous league match.

Burnley have quite a few absentees heading into this fixture as players like Jordan Beyer, Axel Tuanzebe, Zeke Amdouni and Conor Roberts are sidelined with serious injury concerns. 

Jacob Brun Larsen, who missed the match against Liverpool due to a knock is expected to return to the matchday squad for the Clarets whereas Lesley Ogochukwu will miss the fixture at home after receiving marching orders.

Martin Dubravka will start in goal with Kyle Walker leading the backline alongside Hjalmar Ekdal and Martin Esteve. 

Josh Cullen will be given the responsibility to break up play in midfield while Mejbri is expected to return to the starting eleven in place of Ogochukwu. 

Jaidon Anthony, Lyles Foster will look to push for goals and with Larsen returning to the fray, things are expected to get exciting in attack.

Nicolo Savona is expected to start on the right with Neco Williams slotting to left back position and Morato could feature at the heart of the defence deputizing for the Brazilian. 

In midfield, Elliot Anderson and Morgan Gibbs-White will be crucial players for Postecoglou with Dan Ndoye and Callum Hudson-Odoi providing width. 

Chris Wood and new signing Arnaud Kalimuendo will fight for a spot upfront as the Kiwi is likely to start.
