While 2023 brought disappointment and change for the USWNT following their worst-ever showing at the Women's World Cup, 2024 ushered in a return to the top with an Olympic gold medal.

With the early stages of the Emma Hayes era off to a flying start, the U.S. women steam into 2025 with a refreshed outlook.

Looking to keep a firm grip on their world No. 1 ranking as the current World Cup cycle crosses the midway point, the U.S. will have a litany of top-class fixtures on deck, starting with a return to the old SheBelieves Cup format.

The Sporting News brings you a full look at the fixtures on tap for the U.S. women across 2025, as well as highlights and recaps for games completed.

SheBelieves Cup returns to old format in 2025

While the SheBelieves Cup presented an abridged version of the competition last year, the 2025 version will return to the old format as the USWNT begins its 2025 calendar year with three top-tier matches.

In 2024, the four teams contested a two-round mini bracket, meaning each team only saw two games. This was due to the women's international calendar construction last year to work around the Olympics. This year, the FIFA calendar returns to normal, meaning the SheBelieves Cup can once again return to a round-robin format, giving the four teams access to the full three games each.

In this year's edition, hosts United States will welcome Colombia, Australia, and Japan to the competition as the four teams all meet each other in matches across three venues in Houston, Glendale, and San Diego.
