Shaquille O'Neal is a funny dude.
He used that to great effect during the 2026 FIFA World Cup draw on Friday as one of the four selectors.
When Shaq was brought on stage, he decided he needed to make a joke.
"You know what they call me in the soccer world?" Shaq posed to the others on stage.
Then a pause, then the punchline.
"David Black-ham."
Of course, a pun on England legend David Beckham.

Shaq's deadpan delivery never misses.
We get to see it most often on Inside The NBA, but this is a different stage.
Shaq would probably be a great target man on set pieces trying to score headed goals.
He also did the United States a solid when he drew Australia to join the U.S. In Group D. The Aussies are the lowest-ranked team out of Pot 2.
