Olise has already received a lot of praise and recognition for his heroics with Bayern in his maiden campaign. But people hardly get to know about his hard work in preparation and training.
Recently, Joshua Kimmich lauded the youngster for his commitment and dedication to Bayern after joining directly from the Olympics, where he was representing France.
“When you see how early Michael always arrives, how he prepares himself before training, how long he works after training and how he works out in the gym, this is simply the reward for all the hard work," the German midfielder shared.
"We shouldn’t forget that he’s coming off a summer without a vacation, because he played in the Olympics. To then pull off such performances at this level and hardly play a bad game is quite extraordinary."

He finished the season as the top assists provider (15) in the Bundesliga 2024/25 and was one of the two players to finish with 10-plus goals and assists along with Bayer Leverkusen's Florian Wirtz.
