Fast and Furious 11 is moving into the picture at a fast and furious pace.
But fans of the movie franchise, and fans of world football (aka soccer), are wondering specifically about one man: Cristiano Ronaldo, the legendary CR7.
Rumors have begun to circulate that the 40-year old Ronaldo will be in the new movie. A couple social media posts have both helped and hurt the speculation.
While there is still a lot we don't know, there is some that we do.
Is CR7 in Fast and Furious 11?
As of Dec. 18, nothing has been confirmed about Cristiano Ronaldo's involvement in the new movie.
Tyrese Gibson posted an image on X that got fans excited that Ronaldo would be taking part:
Welcome to the FAMILY! @Cristiano the GLOBAL DANCE JUST WENT INTO NEW HEIGHTS!!!!!! Pic.twitter.com/kaQPIYPD5x

There are worries, though, that that's actually an AI-generated photo.
Vin Diesel, for his part, has weighed in with a post on social media that says, "We wrote a role for him." So it doesn't say whether Ronaldo is actually taking part, but seemingly that the script would allow him to if he wants.
It might not be until Ronaldo himself makes an official announcement that his fans will know for sure.
But it sure seems like eventually, even if it's not right now, Ronaldo will be expanding his path into the entertainment industry.
